USAID and Free Yezidi Foundation- Taafi Entrepreneur 3-month program

With support from USAID/OTI, Sinjar Academy, in collaboration with the Free Yezidi Foundation, trained students who were interested in working with the community to support finding tangible creative ideas to address community problems. For three months, selected students had intensive courses to develop concrete solutions for real-world problems. They learned many necessary skills like writing, concept development, and IT. After completing the training and writing their proposals, the three best projects were selected and presented through a competition where different interested stakeholders were present to learn about and support their ideas.
