In today’s professional and academic environments, proficiency in foundational digital tools is a necessity. This intensive, 11-week online program is structured to transform non-technical learners into self-sufficient, digitally efficient professionals. Rather than focusing on abstract or theoretical concepts, this curriculum emphasizes applied, real-world tasks that directly mirror workplace demands.
This course covers advanced usage of Google Drive for cloud storage, Google Docs for professional reporting and collaborative editing, and Google Calendar and Gmail for professional communications and workflow coordination. This is followed by the data collection and management phase, focusing on designing public and internal surveys using Google Forms, as well as routing, formatting, filtering, and performing essential calculations on data within Google Sheets. Next, the curriculum transitions into applied artificial intelligence, where students develop effective prompting techniques to utilize generative AI responsibly for drafting correspondence, summarizing lengthy documentation, and reverse-engineering project implementation plans. The course concludes with workflow integration, a comprehensive capstone phase where students synthesize all learned technologies to execute a multi-step administrative project from scratch.

Who Should Apply: This course is intended for individuals seeking to enhance their employability, transition into administrative or organizational roles, or improve their personal digital productivity. No prior background in computer science or technical fields is required.

Commitment and Requirements: Due to the hands-on and practical nature of the laboratory exercises, seats are strictly limited. Applicants must ensure they can commit to the full schedule of 4 sessions per week (1.5 - 2 hours per session) over the 11-week duration. Reliable internet access and a computer are required for participation.

To support the sustainability of Sinjar Academy and to encourage active participation, we are asking for a $25 (37,000 IQD) registration fee for this course. This small contribution helps us reduce our reliance on external donations and ensure that students who enroll are fully committed to completing the course.

في البيئات الأكاديمية والمهنية الحالية، تعد الكفاءة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية الأساسية ضرورة ملحة. تم تصميم هذا البرنامج المكثف عبر الإنترنت، والذي يستمر لمدة 11 أسبوعاً، لتحويل المتعلمين غير التقنيين إلى .محترفين يعتمدون على أنفسهم ويتمتعون بالكفاءة الرقمية. وبدلاً من التركيز على المفاهيم النظرية، يركز هذا المنهج على المهام التطبيقية الواقعية التي تعكس متطلبات سوق العمل بشكل مباشر

يتوزع المنهج الدراسي على أربع مراحل أساسية تبدأ بمساحة العمل الرقمية الحديثة التي تشمل الاستخدام المتقدم لخدمات التخزين السحابي، ومستندات جوجل لإعداد التقارير المهنية والتحرير التعاوني، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم المواعيد عبر تقويم جوجل وإدارة البريد الإلكتروني للتواصل المهني وتنسيق سير العمل. تليها مرحلة جمع البيانات وإدارتها من خلال تصميم استبيانات عامة وداخلية باستخدام نماذج جوجل، ومن ثم توجيه البيانات وتنسيقها وتصفيتها وإجراء الحسابات الأساسية عليها عبر جداول بيانات جوجل. بعد ذلك، ينتقل المنهج إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي التطبيقي لتركيز الجهود على تطوير تقنيات صياغة الأوامر الفعالة بهدف استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي بمسؤولية في صياغة المراسلات، وتلخيص الوثائق المطولة، وإإعداد خطط تنفيذ المشاريع. وتختتم الدورة بمرحلة تكامل سير العمل، وهي عبارة عن مشروع نهائي شامل يقوم فيه الطلاب بدمج جميع التقنيات والمهارات التي تم اكتسابها لتنفيذ مشروع إداري متكامل ومتعدد الخطوات من البداية وحتى النهاية.

الفئة المستهدفة: تستهدف هذه الدورة الأفراد الذين يسعون إلى تعزيز فرصهم في التوظيف، أو الانتقال إلى أدوار إدارية وتنظيمية، أو تحسين إنتاجيتهم الرقمية الشخصية. لا تشترط الدورة وجود أي خلفية سابقة في علوم الكمبيوتر أو المجالات التقنية.

الالتزام والمتطلبات: نظراً للطبيعة العملية والتطبيقية للتمارين المختبرية، فإن المقاعد محدودة للغاية. يجب على المتقدمين التأكد من قدرتهم على الالتزام بالجدول الكامل المكون من 4 جلسات أسبوعياً (2-1.5 ساعة لكل جلسة) طوال مدة الدورة البالغة 11 أسبوعاً. يتطلب المشاركة في الدورة توفر اتصال موثوق بالإنترنت وجهاز كمبيوتر.

من أجل تقليل اعتماد أكاديمية سنجار على التبرعات، ولضمان مشاركة جدية من جميع الطلاب، نطلب رسم تسجيل قدره 25 دولاراً (37 الف دينار عراقي) لهذه الدورة. هذا المبلغ البسيط سيساعدنا على الاستمرار ويضمن التزام المشاركين بإكمال الدورة.

Platforms Used | المنصات المستخدمة

Zoom platform is used for the lectures. Moodle platform is used for uploading lectures files and quizzes. A WhatsApp group is made for each group for communication about class-related topics. How to use it will be explained at the beginning of the course.
